The story behind Nourish and Flourish
caring for babies isn't something I learned in a classroom — it's something I grew up doing. As the oldest of five, I was hands-on with little ones from a young age, and I carried that into years as a nanny — caring for newborns and young children while supporting their parents through those early days. Alongside that, I hold a degree in psychology, and mental health has always been something I care deeply about. Combined with years as a preschool educator, working with children has been a constant thread through my whole life, not a career pivot.
I'm also a mom myself, currently in the thick of my own son's first year, so I know exactly what those sleepless nights and early days really feel like.
When I'm with your family overnight, you're getting someone who's calm under pressure, genuinely loves this stage, and knows how to support you and your baby — so you can rest.
